Until 2009, we were known as the Analytics & Insights Group at Acronym Media, Inc. We still work closely with our colleagues at Acronym, but we are proud to now serve our Clients under a new name - ROI Labs™ - which stands for the highest level of expertise and continued innovation in the exciting field of web analytics and marketing intelligence. Michael Hayward is the CEO of ROI Labs™. He has over 25 years of global marketing and branding expertise, and specializes in the strategy, implementation and development of analytics and marketing solutions and technology.

Tami Dalley

Tami Dalley is the Director of User Experience Optimization at ROI Labs™. Her expertise includes deep-dive web analytics, usability consulting, competitive intelligence, landing page design and multivariate testing. In 2008, her work was honored with the Search Engine Strategies Award for "Most Effective Use of Web Analytics."

David Sprinkle

David Sprinkle is the Director of Analytics and Insight at ROI Labs™. An expert on analytics architecture and integration, David specializes in the innovative design and implementation of analytics solutions that deliver both global "big picture" insights and detailed performance metrics.

It all started in 1995 - that's when Acronym Media founder Anton Konikoff had his big Eureka! moment. (Specifically, it was keyword referral data extracted from the very first version of WebTrends Log Analyzer that inspired Anton to jump into online marketing and form what would eventually become Acronym and ROI Labs™.)
